Original Gucci handbags are made exclusively from high-quality materials. The classic "GG" logo serves as an example here. The number sequence consists of 10-13 numbers spread over two lines. The number sequence in the first (top) line describes the bag model. The model number is always neatly and symmetrically stamped. NOTE: On older or vintage Gucci models, the model number is often still printed on the lining. On these Gucci handbags, the sequence of numbers on the first or top line is often interrupted by a hyphen or period.
