All Secondhand Deisgner handbags are shipped from Switzerland. If you place an order outside of Switzerland, we will cover the customs costs in full.

The Secondhandbags AG offers a 100% authenticity guarantee for all the bags we sell! To combat counterfeiting and protect your purchase, our network of renowned brand experts carefully inspects every item. We only sell bags that we would be proud to wear ourselves - so you can complete your order with 100% confidence.
Unfortunately, these images have been misused by other people. This is especially tricky with one-to-one serial numbers. On the other hand, the informative value of these images decreases, since any fraudulent seller can find such an image on the Internet. Therefore, we have decided to no longer publish images of this type.
You have an unrestricted 5-day right of return. The postmark is decisive. Since we have to check the Bag Since we have to verify the quality of each return, we charge a contribution to expenses of 5% of the purchase price or a maximum of CHF 100.00 per return. The right of return also applies to purchase on account and installment purchase.
We have a worldwide network of suppliers. Due to customs clearance, authentication processes and a final thorough cleaning, it can unfortunately take up to 5-10 business days until the item is ready for shipment. Important: In case of payment in advance, this process starts only after receipt of payment.

As soon as the Bag order has been shipped from us, you will receive a confirmation email, which will also contain a tracking number. In Switzerland we ship with Swiss Post and internationally we ship with DHL. In addition, your package is insured until you hold it in your hands.
Something at Secondhandbags Ordering is easy. Here's how it works:
Choose a designer in the menu or search directly for your bag dream. You have found your favorite piece: On the product page you will find all the detailed information about Condition, price, delivery time, quality level and much more. Put the designer handbag in the shopping cart and go to the checkout. There you can order either as a guest or with a customer account. You only need an email and delivery address.As payment methods we offer credit cards, PayPal, Twint, Ideal, prepayment, invoice or installment purchase. You have ordered? Et voilà - now a confirmation e-mail is on its way to you. Your order will be carefully assembled in our Swiss logistics center and shipped to you. After shipping, we will send you an email confirming the shipment. You have ordered something wrong? No problem, with Secondhandbags you have a 5-day unrestricted right of return.
We have closed our boutique in Zurich until further notice. Individual bags can be viewed on request in our office at Riedthofstrasse 214, 8105 in Regensdorf. However, we do not have all the bags directly in stock, so it is important to call the Bag to indicate when booking. No customer account is required to book an appointment.
When ordering on account, you have the option of paying the invoice in full or in installments. You decide conveniently only when you receive the invoice. The payment period is always 14 days. Please note that for purchase on account we work with our financing partner together with us. The entire collection and dunning process is handled by our partner, which also performs an identity and credit check. Since fraudulent orders on account have repeatedly occurred (other delivery address, postal account hacked), an additional confirmation with an SMS code is necessary from an amount of CHF 1000.

Payment by installments
You would like to pay the invoice amount in installments?
Please enter the desired payment amount in the blank payment slip. The minimum payment amount is 10% of the value of the goods. If you make a partial payment, you will receive an invoice every month until the full amount is paid. The outstanding amount will increase by 1% each month. The amount to be paid can be selected for each installment. For each invoice PowerPay will charge an additional handling fee of CHF 2.90 (mail) or CHF 1.90 (e-mail).
We work with Powerpay.ch for purchase on account. There can be various reasons for a refusal:
- You are not yet of age.
- You are not traceable with the address provided.
- Your personal account limit available at this time is not sufficient.
- You are in default of payment.
