Returns

For online purchases we offer a right of return of 7 calendar days.

Returns must be registered with us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery and must reach us within the same 7-day period. A postmark alone is not sufficient — the return is considered valid only when it has been received by us.

This right of return applies to orders placed through our online shop. For purchases made directly on site, returns are unfortunately not possible.

The articles must be in the same Condition as with the sale are located, including attached original tag and careful packaging.

After successful verification, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method. You will be informed about the refund by e-mail.

Pay in Instalments

If you’d like to pay for your bag in instalments, simply choose the “Pay by Invoice / Facture” option at checkout. Your invoice will be sent via Powerpay. At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive the invoice by post with a payment slip, allowing you to decide each month how much you’d like to pay (minimum 10%).
