All our bags are sent from Switzerland. Shipping is free and insured. If you make an order outside of Switzerland, the possible customs costs must be borne by you.
We offer a 100% guarantee of authenticity for all bags we sell, we also do offer Authenticity checks itself! In order to combat counterfeits and protect your purchase, our network of renowned brand experts carefully checks every single article. We only sell bags that we would proudly wear ourselves - you can complete your order with 100% trust.
Unfortunately, these images have increasingly been misused by other people. This is particularly tricky with unique serial numbers. On the other hand, the informative value of these images decreases, as any fraudulent seller can find such an image on the Internet. We have therefore decided not to publish any more images of this kind.
Orders can be returned within 5 calendar days after delivery, the postmark is decisive on the package. The cost of the return must be borne by the buyer. The right of return also applies when buying on account. You can find all information on returning here.
We have a global network of suppliers. Due to customs processing, authentication processes and a final, thorough cleaning, it can unfortunately take up to 5-10 working days until the item is ready to dispatch. Important: If you ordered on bank deposit, this process only begins after received full payment.

Once the bag has been dispatched from us, you will receive a confirmation email, which also contains a tracking number. In Switzerland we ship with Swiss Post and internationally we ship with DHL. Your parcel is also insured until you hold it in your hands.
Ordering something from Secondhandbags is very easy. Here's how it works:
Choose a designer from the menu or search directly for your dream bag. You have found your favourite piece: On the product page, you will find all the detailed information on condition, price, delivery time, quality level and much more. Add the designer handbag to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. There you can either order as a guest or with a customer account. All you need is an email and delivery address and you can pay by credit card, PayPal, Twint, Ideal, prepayment, invoice or instalment purchase. Have you ordered? Et voilà - a confirmation e-mail is now on its way to you. Your order will be carefully assembled in our Swiss logistics centre and sent to you. After dispatch, we will send you an e-mail confirming dispatch. Have you ordered the wrong item? No problem, at Secondhandbags you have a 5-day unlimited right of return.

If you order on account, you have the option of paying the invoice in full or in installments. You only decide conveniently when receiving the invoice. The payment period is always 14 days. Please note that we are on account with our financing partner Technology and marketing throughPowerpay

Please enter the desired payment amount in the empty deposit certificate. The minimum payment amount is 10% of the value of the goods. If you make a partial payment, you will receive an invoice every month until the entire amount is paid. The open amount increases by 1%every month. The amount to be paid can be re -elected with each rate. PowerPay also charges a processing fee of CHF 2.90 (post) or CHF 1.90 (email) per invoice.
We work with powerpay.ch when buying on account. There can be various reasons for a rejection:
• You are not yet of legal age.
• You cannot be found with the address given.
• Your personal accounting at this point is not enough.
• You are in default of payment.
