We have a worldwide network of suppliers. Due to customs processing, authentication procedures and a final, thorough cleaning, it may unfortunately take up to 5-10 working days until the item is ready for dispatch. Important: For advance payment, this process only begins once payment has been received.

At Secondhandbags, authenticity comes first. Every Bag is carefully inspected – by our network of experienced brand experts and additionally with state-of-the-art technology, such as the AI-based app Entrupy.

This allows us to combine expertise with artificial intelligence to reliably detect counterfeits and protect your purchase as effectively as possible.

And because we stand behind our authenticity guarantee, in the unlikely event of an error we also take full responsibility: should an item ever turn out not to be authentic, we will not only refund the full purchase price, but also pay an additional premium equal to the value of the item. This promise applies to every Bag purchased from us - whether CHF 500 or CHF 25'000.

A promise we have never had to honour so far - and never intend to.
